Keep Healthy Studio and Therapy Rooms Guidelines
As we get ready for our Gong bath, I would like to invite you to read the Bodywise Studio Guidelines based upon the government recommendations.
Our aim is to provide you with a healthy, holistic and peaceful Gong Bath experience.
We have made a few changes to make sure that when you visit the BodyWise Studio it still your Sanctuary of Calm.
Before your arrival:

If you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend your appointment; contact us instead.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you refreshments after your treatment so please bring bottled water with you if you want.

Please come to your session alone as only pre-booked tickets/people can stay in the premises.

For Gong bath and events we ask you please not to bring a yoga mat and pillow. Yoga mat, wipeable bolster and wipeable head-rest are provided. However, you can bring a towel to cover the yoga mat and a cover to keep you warm.

For you yoga classes you can bring your Yoga mat and a cover or a yoga mat towel and a cover to keep you warm. You will be provided head rests and bolster.
When you arrive for your session:

Please arrive to the studio no more than 15 minutes before the Gong bath.

Please ring the bell, I will come and collect you and guide you to our designated sanitising station before taking you through to your mat. You can either use the alcohol gel we provide or wash your hands, or bring your own.

Please wear a face mask on your arrival, unless you are exempted from it; once you are allocated to your mat you can take it off.

Please observe 2 metres distance at all times

I will use essential oils inside the studio and the foyer. I will be using the electronic diffuser. The essential oil used is Organic Defence blend from Neal’s Yard Remedies. And the intentions is to keep the air fresh and healthy. The essential oils in the diffuser will add an extra natural and organic way of supporting your immune health.
For your peace of mind:

The studio, mats and head rests will be sterilised before and after each use.

No more than 3 people, wearing face coverings, should be in the foyer at any one time, I will kindly ask you to follow this guideline. Please observe 2 metres distance at all times.

Tissues are provided in the studio for all to use to catch coughs and sneezes and disposed of in the pedal bins provided. Hands should be washed or sanitised after disposal of the tissue.

The layout of the mats will ensure that each person’s face is always horizontally 2 meters away from anyone else’s face.

According to GDPR regulations I record the following details: name, email address, phone number and visit history.

Your data is stored only on secure servers. I will never share your data with a third party without your written consent.

Codes of Professional Practice:

I am abide to the Codes of my Professional Practice and as such I will store your data on a secure system as long as it is deemed necessary, at which point I will delete it.

Your email may be used to solely communicate information about Vita Shakti and Angela Stringhini’s yoga classes, workshops, events, clinic sessions.

Test and Trace Policy:

I may be asked to provide your contact details to the Test and Trace system. However, by law I must comply first with GPDR and respect your privacy and data.

Track and Trace Policy ​is a voluntary system (at the moment) and it is not above GPDR regulation.

Voluntary means you first need to opt in, and NOT be automatically in and then ask to opt out.

According to law hierarchy, Test and Trace policy is not above Privacy law and GPDR. As such, I must ask your written consent and get a written response from you before sharing your name and contact details.
